Project Goal:

The most marginalized citizens of project areas lead a secured and dignified life free from hunger and poverty.

 

Specific Objectives:

  • To strengthen access of government quality health care services, to provide primary health care and reproductive health care services to the poor and MMCs living at remote difficult areas (thus enhanced health MDG for Bangladesh).
  • To improve socio-economic empowerment of MMC households so that they can enjoy self well being by own decision and means.
  • To strengthen MMC civil organizations (VDC, MMC Federation, Green Bank Cell etc.) to establish rights in government entitlements, government resources and access to justice.
  • To improve IGA options of MMC to attain livelihood security.
  • To enhance capacity of project staff and organization in facilitating the process of MMCs empowerment and promotion of rights.
