On 1 November 2026, the Upazila Youth Development Office, Bhaluka, Mymensingh, honoured POPI and Educo Bangladesh with crests of recognition for their outstanding contributions to youth employment and child and adolescent protection.
In Bhaluka, POPI has established 40 youth clubs, provided skills development training in various trades to 382 young men and women, and facilitated employment opportunities for 100 youth.
On this occasion, eight young entrepreneurs also received start-up grants of BDT 10,000 each (a total of BDT 80,000) to help them start their own businesses.
This recognition is a testament to our continued commitment to empowering young people, creating livelihood opportunities and promoting a safer environment for children and adolescents.
